	Lucas Demysh, B.A.Sc, M.A.Sc, P.Eng President & Chief Technical Officer Lucas heads our research and technical development of new products for Metsen. He manages execution of corporate activities and promotes our product line.
	Margie Dittmar, B.A Director of Human Resources Margie leads human resources at Metsen. She helps with the execution of day to day activities at Metsen.
	Shiva Bissoon, B.Eng, M.Sc, P.Eng, FEC, C.F.P.H.S Chief Operating Officer/ VP of Sales & Business Development Shiva oversees sales and business development at Metsen. He manages the operations of the company and he manages the Remote Monitoring Management System’s (RMMS) team which assists with design, research, product development and on-site customer support. 	Manish Jain, CPA,CGA Controller Manish leads finance and accounting at Metsen. He also manages logistics and helps to reduce cost where possible, so that we can provide our custom products at reasonable prices.
	Ronnie Manorath, B.A.Sc, M.Sc, C.S.W.A Product Development Specialist Ronnie is responsible for the development and testing of our products and systems that support RMMS and our customers. He also assists in maintaining our Quality System.
	David Cabral, B.Eng, M.Eng, EIT Mechatronics Engineering David assists with customer technical support, research & product development for various products and is a member of the RMMS team.
	Kenny Butcher Product Research & Development Technician Kenny assists with product development, testing and research. He also assists with maintenance of products & systems, and is a member of the RMMS team.
	Marla Kozak, BFA, PMP Senior Project Manager Marla manages all our customer based projects and ensures the project timelines are met. She is also a member of the RMMS team.
	Manaf Dalati, B.Eng Research & Development Engineering Manaf assists with product development, testing and research for multiple projects. He is fluent in English and French.
	Voytek Szulc, P.Eng, B.Eng Senior Design Engineer Voytek leads our design team using SolidWorks for product development, flow simulation and testing. He is also a member of the RMMS team.
